So who has some good BL vids? - 11.30.2007, 03:39 PM

I would like to see some killer Revo BL vids. It is nice to see the motor and esc combos and the performance achieved from them. Anyone? Bueller, bueller???

I will try to get some this weekend. will be my first time on the track in months and my first time on the track with the erevo.
10xl, 4s, and MM, yes it is slower than most brushless but runs cold and the runtime is amazing.

well I use the true rc 6400mah(in a 4s setup) and yesterday was my first time to drive it with my new stuff(10xl and lot of other stuff)I cant really say my runtime yet, because im using an emaxx axle for a center shaft that was cut for a 2.5 chassis, and with the 3.3 chassis im scared it will snap. I was going easy on it and I drove for about 25-30 minutes and I plugged the batteries in to see an amazing 7.41v left in both packs.

I was amazed.

setup:
rtr 10.6lbs
truck 8.7lbs
10xl, MM, 4s 6400mah
17/40(I will go to 17/36 soon, but im still getting used to the truck) its way way different then the emaxx tranny setup with the 2.5 chassis.

I will get a real runtime figure next week once i get some cvds so I can really start to drive it.

I've been posting a few over the past few months-

Here's the Tekno RC conversion prototype running at one of the local club events in San Diego. My favorite part is all the nitros starting up in the pits while the BL Revo sits on the track ready to go.

Here is a video of some early track testing of the Tekno conversion I filmed and received permission to post back in May of this year.

Another Tekno prototype running at a different San Diego club race.

All were running Neu 1515 1.5D on 3S 8000mah packs.

This is my e-maxx when before I shifted the brushless system to my truggy.
5s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZMZeTJFA2f4
Dodgy vid of it on 6s. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EoOlsYrUF5s I don't think I hit top speed, because the ballooning tires made it very unstable.
I might look at getting a proper video camera.

Here's one of our races (not done by me). It's not our normal track and there was some not so great driving, and a bit too much camera zoom. All of the cars except 1 have been or are being replaced by brushless truggys and the driving (especially mine) is getting better. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kegL54xigdQ

I don't know who's vid this is, but it's worth seeing. http://www.e-revo.info/VWT4's_Superm..._Potreinas.wmv

**Edit ** Sorry you wanted Revo vids didn't you, woops. The performance should still be the same in a Revo. In the video of the race, the blue and white car with the yellow wing is a G2R.

Thanks. That first video is exactly the type of performance I am looking for in my Revo!!!!

I somehow caught a glimpse of that video on another forum and that is the video that made me start my BL build!!!!!! If I can achieve that kind of performance with a Neu motor, and a MMM (if and when they come out) and 4s or 5s I would be so happy.
