100a is the batteries maximum out put. It's only going to put out as much as the motor can use. And if the motor specs say 100a maximum, that doesn't necessarily mean the motor's going to be using 100a either. It all depends on the load on the motor.

That esc is probably for planes isn't it? Meaning it might work, but you'd need a pistix adapter and mechanical brakes.
