Other than RC, my only other real hobbies are guitars and real cars. I have a 2002 sentra that I autocross as much as I can.

I dont have any pics of my guitars, but I just have an ibanez SA electric, a marshall amp, and a fender acoustic. And the old squier that I learned on.

PC: I have 6 desktops networked at my house currently. The best of which is a home-built dual-core Athlon machine w/ 2G RAM, twin flat-panel 19" monitors, 1.5TB HDD space (for video editing and Super8 film transfer), and a partridge in a pear tree. I also have 3 laptops, the best of which is a 15.4" with Intel Core2Duo and 1GB RAM. All in all I have 3.5TB of HDD storage at my house and most of it's full.

Video: I have a few video cameras. The best of which is a Canon GL2 Pro-sumer. Love that thing.

Cars: I've owned over 20 cars in the past 12 years. I just love cars. My favorite was a '91 Supra Turbo that I took to the 1/4 track regularly. It's gone now though.

Music: I play guitar and drums and sing occasionally. I've got a couple of small gigs coming up with my brother-in-law.

Guns: I mostly shoot my dad's and my brother's guns at old computer parts that I collect from work. I have a nice Gamo pellet gun. I'm looking to buy an SKS (7.62x39) soon.

Skiing: I used to be big into skiing, until I had an accident wherein I saw my spine with my own eyes. Somehow nothing broke, but I haven't convinced myself to return to the slopes ever since.

Movies: I am really big into watching movies. Favorites: Shawshank Redemption, Secondhand Lions, Good Will Hunting, Tombstone, Usual Suspects.

Home Theater: I have two set-ups, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both have 36" Sony HD TVs and Sony 7-channel receivers with complementing speakers. Nothing top of the line, but they get the job done well enough.

Family: Beautiful wife and two great kids. They get more of my time than anything else. They're definitely the most fun.

Yeah that's pretty much it.

Good times.

5 million blue movies probably, or most likely thats what I would have, all in 30 second clips because I refuse to pay for that kinda stuff. Anyway, I would love to have a really powerful PC, but I would never use it for anything other than browsing the net and occasionaly making the odd picture or two. Hence why I still have my old HP running a 2.4ghz proccessor with an amazing 1gb ram & 40 gb HDD. Yes, its that powerful...

Yep, 3500 gigs. Crazy, huh? I'm transferring 20K feet of my dad's old Super8 film and every 2.5 minutes is 1GB. On top of that huge project, I have about 100GB of music and tooooons of ripped movies. I keep a backup of all of my camcorder tapes on there also and use it all to make movies for my family of various events and such. I also have about 100GB of photos.

Anyway, it all adds up. The important stuff is always backed up twice too in addition to off-site back-ups of the really important stuff.

Good thing space is cheap nowadays!

* dual 2 ghz Power PC desktop system (it's a few years old - not one of the new quad core beauties)
* 8 gb. DDR RAM (did high end video editing at one time on it)
* 250 gb internal hard drives - TWO of 'em
* single 500 gig external drive (again - all that space for the video editing)
* superdrive (burns dvd +/- R's, and cd's)
* i don't remember what the video card is, but it was a $300 upgrade when i ordered the computer from apple

oh - all on a 23" high definition flat panel apple display. and i just bought the new 160 gb. ipod classic as soon as it came out - that sucker will hold all 6,000+ songs i have, over 1,000 high res digital photos, about 8 movies and it's still only half full!
Bring out the WHACKING sticks . I am an IT guy as well and have a few nice PC's. I have to work with a few macs at work and the relationship isn't a friendly one. Even the hardware annoys me. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO AN EJECT BUTTON ON THE CD DRIVE... AHHHHH!!!! Then having to pay through the nose for every thing too. Any way that's enough raging on Macs.

I ride push bikes as well. My main thing is Mountain bikes though (who would of guessed). I have a, getting on now, Giant AC1. Not too spectacular but it does the job for the way I ride. For anyone who knows the AC series of bikes, yes the chain stay has broken and been replaced (not silver any more like the one in this pic).

nastety92 - wow, i like your typhoon. 8 years ago when i was 18 my parents said i could get a new car as a graduation present. instead of getting a new car i wanted a syclone with 30k miles for a good price. in the end they weren't too happy and i ended up with a brand new tacoma.

I still love the syclones and typhoons till this day

I mostly run STX. I just have some basic mods, intake, header, exhaust, underdrive pulley, safc tune, coilovers, rear sway bar, and various wheels and tires. This past season I ran 215/45/16 azenis rt615s on 16x7.5 rota wheels (the blackish wheels in the pics). Next season it will most likely be turbocharged and Ill be moving to Street Mod, where Ill be competeing with 450+whp EVOs on hoosiers, so this was the last season I was able to be competetive, for a few years at least.
