Whatever voltage that you know your servos and receiver will take without blowing.

I wouldn't set it at 7V, thats pushing it for most servo's. The only servo which I know can take 7v without a hitch is the Hitec 5995 robot servo (and the 5955 is ok too since its basically the robot servo with less travel).

However, its such a beast of a servo it doesn't need "overclocking" anyway. I set mine to 6.2v

I wouldn't set mine much over 6.2 or 6.3 with most servo's or else something might go poof.

Excuse me for posting off topic but, how exactly do you set the voltage on the cc bec? Via usb to the computer? If so, where does it plug in on the bec unit itself?

I would set the voltage from 6.3v-6.5v, at least that's what I have heard from others....

Bye

It needs a castle link (the one made for the mamba 25 series speedo)

Id say no higher then 6V, Id rather have a servo slower, going from .13, to .14 is exactly noticeable IMO (not saying thats your servo speed, just giving a EX..)

I run my servos in my tekno revo at 6.5 volts and they do not get even warm from that voltage. They are super responsive too

I'd say anything in the 6v range. Most 5 cell receiver packs are higher than 6v off the charger, so I think 6.5v should be fine...
