How do you get the pin that holds the output shaft on the cup side out? I need to change the stock cups to Mike adapter stub. I can't seem to slid the pin far enough. It hits the side of the cupp before it is all the way out.

there is a set screw in the side you must remove and it will allow the pin to come out.
