10s 2200 lipo would have the same runtime as a 5s 4400. But since everything stays cooler and the amp draw is less the runtimes is better than you would think.

Hmmm, How long will it run for? Like 25 mins?

Exactly,
In theory, you should have the same run time between the two, but in my experience, the higher voltage equivalent always runs longer. The higher voltage reduces the current and heat which in turn equates to less wasted energy and more runtime.

I don't beleive the charge time between the two are any different though.

The higher voltage just works better, and it helps the cheaper motors too. A 9l feigao on 3s is not that great in an emaxx, but a 15l feigao on 5-6s works great and stays cool too.

Charge time is no different.
