ok, ive basically settled on my setup for my reggy (electric revo truggy.) if you have seen the ruggy on truggyracers.com then you know exactly what design i am going to be using, except electric, and more center chassis bracing. my setup will be:
mega 22/30/2 motor
________ esc????!!!
2 2s li-mn 3800 packs from apogee in series
deans plugs
40's bowties
40's velo's
xray xb8 center diff
stock revo diffs for now

What is the purpose of using a torsen for the CD? Since it sends the most torque to the more unloaded end (opposite from a normal CD), wouldn't it function much like a solid center shaft (depending on fluid viscosity of course)?

I want it to lessen wheelies and I run on a tight track and the front wheelspin will help.

Good choice on the motor. You won't need a lot of AMPs for the Mega. Here are some options:

well im leaning toward the quark because it can handle 6s (if i ever decide to go 6s) and its only $125. i know how smooth the quarks are and i liek the free replacement! ill put a fan on it. (would a fan be enough? or would heatsinks be better?)

quark for $125 ? You're talking about the 65 amp roadster, i guess. I don't think that fits your application.

the motor only pulls 70a, so the 65 will do it pretty well, cheap, smooth, and free replacement fits my app well. i can also step up to 6s if i want to.
