Can I use this for my REVO ESC?

I have this on my elec. helis and it works great. Kinda expensive but it could handle up to 10S lipo. Let me know. I just got a bug in MT brushless. I already have an e revo but I want to get X ray, XT8 a truggy version.

it also sais you can adjust the brake rate so it doesnt look like you need mech brakes.

seems like a killer controller. dunno why noone has mentioned it too much.

would 55amp be enough to get the car goin w/ neu 1515, feigo/nemesis etc?

I think probably not. I'm afraid to use the 80 amp MGM on my Revo with an 8xl.

Doesnt have enough amp handling- 55-70 amps is way too low for car use, since a motor as powerful as the 1515 can draw an aweful lot more than that under excelleration. Maybe with an outrunner motor and high voltage it would do much better (low amp draw).

Or an inrunner with high voltage. Doesn't need to be an outrunner.

Talk to lutach or othello, they both run this esc, with great results.

as long as you run high voltage 8s or 10s it should be fine

I think one of those videos had the 40A version. The only problem with the 40A is the capacitor. I had one problem with one of my 55A, which was way overgeared and powering a Align 600L for some speed run. In you case you will enjoy a very well built controller.

The amp draw goes down when the voltage goes up, so you should be ok as long as you run HV batteries.
