The proline tires that I am running show little to no wear and are the lightest as far as I now other than the komodos. For pulling flips (i take it while jumping) I recommend some similar to the stock tires like the proline mashers. They would give more leverage in "grabbing" air than the bow ties. Also inertia has a play in flipping also.

The 16x4 if I remember correctly can charge up to 15 cells at a time so yes you can technically charge 2 packs at a time.
