Mmmm I wasn't sure about your cryptic comment so I though I would check. Do you know anything about the motors. Are they going to be releasing with a couple of motors or still just the one?

I doubt there will be an official release date until they're actually released. I don't think they want to set another date based on what's happened so far.

This is what I know as of so far base solely on word. I am not associated with castle but I have been involved with the Tech's in discussions on the ESC's and their capabilities. Bernie one of the Tech's there who I have known for a some time and have had many conversations with. Had informed me that they had to place the MMM on the back burner for now, (Not meaning the production has stopped and Not in those words!) The reason is as what has been previously stated was because of the release of the Sidewinder and testing for the MMM, It is not official so I dont want anyone to quote me, But they have been working with Steve Neu for awhile on the motor design and are in works to offer a high quality system that is efficiant and responsive to its need. Castle's quote is "We don't want you to just run with the Nitro's, we want you to Beat the Nitro's" One thing that most people have to understand when developing a product is there are hacks coping idea's on design's and then there are developers making products that are often duplicated, never imitated. Castle is developing a quality product that they want you to not just purchase, but reley on as being the best their is to offer for performance and price. So I can say that in my years working with castle and using their products I wouldnt be as so impatient but rather it is worth the wait to have something worth having.
Note: Just remember how many times you have said I cant wait for (product) to come out and when you finally get it, it was never worth the antisipation to have it in the first place. If only they spent more time developing it. castle doesnt want you to question that.

All I want is for this thing to ship by the time race season starts on the east coast.
Hope it's real (and shipping) by Mid April.

Patrick mentioned that the MMM was done and he was going to sell the ESC first.

That was said a long time ago; i don't see it happen though, Castle is out to get a 60-70 mph monstertruck conversion.. not an ESC only.

Really? I thought the last I heard CC was planning on having the MMM released in February. Boy, I wish we could get some kind of firm info on it.
