You missing the point of the flextek arms. They do not flex that much to press in your cvd's.

I've run them the flex tek in my e-maxx with cvd's and have had a few narly crashes. On straight into the end of the pit wall and no damage occured except a broken shock cap on a stock shock.

These a-arms have gone through a tremedous amount of testing to insure the "pressed" action will not happen.
