Cheapest 18.5v brushless setup on E-maxx

looking in terms of cheap i think this will work.
mamba max esc
1 dewalt 36v battery= 5s2p a123
kb45 motor (you'll need 6mm pinions, or turn down the motor shaft)
or
feigao xl motor w/clamp and heatsink (will cost a little more)

is this the new emaxx or the old one? if its the old one, it will take more $$ to upgrade the drivetrain which truely is part of the conversion.
