I assume you could mount it with the motor facing towards the rear of the truck, just a matter of finding driveshafts the correct length?
I tried mounting the unit with the motor in the rear...the shafts were fine...the problem was that the truck was very heavy in the rear end and there was no room for the massive MGM ESC. Note that I had to dremel the chassis top plate so the diff spur would fit. This setup seemed to work best for me. Mike will probably be selling these in the RCM store soon.

Mike is suppose to be working a unit that will fit the Gorillamaxx chassis.
