You will probably want at least ABEC 3 but preferably ABEC 5. Not all bearings are created equal. You may find ceramic bearings that are cheap but that doesn't mean they are any good. I have linked a page
HERE which explains the ABEC ratings. You could also google ABEC and find more info.
Basically because of the high rpm of the motors we use, if you use a bearing with large tolerances you will create unnecessary vibration which = motor fatigue and loss of power.
