Another CRT.5 - 03.02.2008, 12:00 AM

My second one. about $100.00 cheaper and 5 ounces lighter. Sidewinder/5700 and a MaxAmps 5000mah HV pack, 12 tooth mod1 pinion. Runs great, fast and plenty of torque.

Looks good...nice and clean! These little trucks are REALLY fun to drive. Got any pics of the undercarriage?

How many of these things are there now? Is it just me or is there a TON of E-CRT.5s?

There are a "ton" but I think it beats the heck outta building losi/TA tenth scale kits....

Trucks new, so the undercarriage is not "broken in" yet. Just a little testing in the street.

I understand...I was just curious on how you mounted the battery tray....

It's not perfect. The battery is mounted to the chassis with a big wide strip of some good velcro, then the gorillamax strap. It's ok for playing around but I won't be racing it.
