okay heres what i have. i got the 3.3 transmission but with a revo spur gear 40 and hpi 17 cluchbell. now i know im under geard for maxx but i dont know were i should be at. also imusing stock tires.


if it dosn't go overe 60mils/h i dont wont it:025:

im nitro not batteris and i cant seem to get it to work

Nitro? Boooo!

The stock diffs are 37/13 = 2.85:1, where as the 1/8 buggy diffs are 43/13 = 3.3:1, so you get do indeed end up with a lower ratio overall. For BL I would say go up a tooth or two on the pinion to bring the overall ratio backup.... but nitro gearing is somewhat different and outside of my scope.

The conversion for a Tmaxx to UE diffs is +2 teeth on pinion, that'll get you back close to stock ratio.

Try a 15T clutchbell should be right were you want it.
