My BL Rustler Build... (Custom Anodized) - 03.03.2008, 04:23 PM

Hey guys, been working on my Traxxas Rustler this past few months and I figured I'd post up some pics of the build so far. What do ya think?


FLM Rustler Chassis Anodized Black


The tires and rims of choice. Pro-Line Dirt Hawgs on TRX rims all the way around.


The plates for mounting the electronics.


The rest of the parts that are done so far...


Full steel tranny. This was an XL-1 Rustler.

That will look very nice when it is done. I would not be able to run it myself. Maybe if it had a lexan chassis protector?

if you want to run it strictly on the street I would use 1/8 scale sedan foams they wont ballon and you get really good traction I use a set from Ofna, and here is a link to some on Ebay
