Just called neu today since it's been 3 weeks, they said that they're out of stock because, as Finnster said and he was correct, they have to come from China. So much for matching the west .

Was that info straight from Neu himself or someone who works there?

What a pain in the rear. It would have been nice had they sent you an e-mail letting you know they were out of stock. That's not a real smart way to run a business these days. If it were me, I'd be looking to cancel the order and buy something different.

You know, a couple of weeks ago I emailed back and forth a few times with a girl named Amy at Neu about what was in stock. She told me the motor I was looking for was in stock and she told me to call her to order one. I called the number on the Neu website, Amy answered the phone and took my cc info and told me my order was in. This was all on a Wednesday afternoon. I received my motor on that Saturday afternoon via USPS. Basically less than 3 days.

Thanks Amy and Neu for the great service. After reading all the stories about people waiting forever to get their motor I was not expecting this at all. Maybe I just hit at the right time. Who knows? I'm just happy I did.

I totally agree, that's why I marked it as disputed on the credit card bill as advised by my mom. I would order something else but it's already been three weeks, and there aren't really any other choices in terms of 25c for this price.

The info came from the women who answered the phone for neu, didn't get her name sorry.
