Aqwut, how about some BIG outrunner motor and bolt it direct to diffs? I have consider it myself, but dunno how to make the brakes.. I think it would lighten the truck a bit too, without the gear box.. Just my thoughts..

Problem is the Outrunner is only capable of 7000 Watts and is 1.6 KG (not much lighter than the 3080) ... I would like atleast 10KW of power... so I could have crazy weigh to power ratio... Also I don't think the outrunner would be able to move it too well.. it has a KV of 180... it would only move it about 54 MPH Maximum...
