Hyperion Eos 1210i - 03.26.2008, 04:01 PM

Is the charger pretty good? It seems it has some nice features with a few additional addons.

Any thoughts, ideas?

I'm just going to rinse and repeat this message.

you can see all the differences of the hyperion chargers:
http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=773058
and download the excel spreadsheet and it tells you all the differences

The 1210 has its pluses, and it minuses. Read the spreadsheet and he compares them pretty good. You have to buy seperate balancer, but the 1210 is one of the most versatile and powerful chargers.

Thanks for the link. I want to spare money on this one. My last project I just bought stuff without more research. I want to be more informed this time around and the Hyperion looked pretty good with it's capabilities. I was going to buy the dual balancing system for it's ability to charge to seperate packs to the same values since I am running a split lipo packs in my 3905 to keep it balanced on both sides.. and my current chargers only charge up to 3s.

Thanks for the link and the input!
