using mgm usbcom with my controller? Help. - 03.30.2008, 07:17 PM

ok, i'm having no luck here. maybe somebody can point me in the right direction. i got everything used, but i'm assuming its all user error. my controller is the TMM16018-3s EXP. i couldnt get either of my computers to see the installation cd at all, so i downloaded from mgm's website the controller version 1.2.7.27 and i have what i think is the correct software. all the ways i have tried to connect my controller to the usbcom+ and the software shows controller offline. i think thats what's stopping any progress rightnow. i can't see any settings or ways to set anything at this point, just a near blank window. any suggestions or directions would be nice, thank you.

Someone did have luck getting it to work, once they figured it out and explained the process, but my mind is blank. Here is a nice big MGM thread to read through, hopefully the answers in there somewhere....http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10153 sorry, lol.

I believe the newest models (expert+) have to have the cable to program.
