I mainly used my Jazz with forward/reverse and it worked like any other good car controller. The Jazz will respond to all your inputs. If you want to take off like a rocket, it will do that. If you need just enough braking to slow you down, it will do that. If you need to lock the wheels like I did, just grab a hand full of brake and it will most definitely do that.
