Haven't had a time, yet, for complete solution. And I am happy with last gen. power boards anyways, and as for high voltage MM ESC need to be studied a little bit more. While you in process of delivering high voltage version anyways, right? :)
120 is allot, and you meant 20 per phase, H-bridge requires 2 fet's per phase. Just make sure that pcb traces can handle this...
As for Eagle you can start from tutorial, or from examples. But at the beginners level I would recommend ExpressPCB, very simple.
Also you can just make it in paint shop and I can do the rest or somebody else...
Meaning we can start layout/project and you can finish/learn.
