Just think this way. In the long run you will actually be cheaper than the guys who are still using nitro.

Good job!

About the calc issue: Did you account for tire ballooning? Also, I tried to account for an average of many body styles (aerodynamics) , but maybe was a tad overzealous.

Considering that a lot of seasoned guys have tried to achieve what you have just done and spent two or three thousand $$$$$ or even more trying to get near what you just did, less than $1000 is not a bad deal. Way to go jemaxx.

Thanks....

I think the main thing that has been so hard is just keeping the truck on the ground and going straight.

I couldn't really tell on the tire ballooning part since they don't seem to swell to bad, but nonetheless they do though.

This is such BS! You can clearly see a sneaky swap out for a nitro XTM at the start of each pass!!!!!

I'm a poor guy. My daughter has all the money . I haven't seen 60mph yet, so my set up is not as good as yours. Great job on setting that new record. Get a radar gun and get some reading with that too in front of the camera. I think most people would honor a record with a radar gun.

Can't say my setups are better than yours, I haven't even seen 10MPH yet either.... no GPS, no Radar gun... Gotta get me a GPS... a buddy of mine have a radar guns.. I'm still working on some high speed stuff, but I'll be using Monster trucks tires...

That's awesome man... and those runs were with the 12S100A ESC right?..

Once my savage is finished and I have a bit of cash I think I'll buy the eagle tree gps. A tad expensive but it's small and I won't get hit.

Great video though. That is impressively fast.
