The barn floor (where the RCM bash is held) opens in a couple of weeks.

Does anyone fancy a brushless get together?

I was hoping we could organize a once a month get together - Bring a few cars - whatever we have an setup from classes - MT, CRT.5, Truggy and Buggy...

I can run all of the above - any interest?

Cheers

If my daughter goes to Florida for the summer break, I'll be able to make it, but I haven't raced in ages.

I live in the Syracuse, NY area and would love to make a trip once this summer. At $3.60+/gallon there's no way I could do it more than once or twice as its easily 200+ miles one way and even 17MPG in my truck would cost me at least $80 roundtrip. But if you can get people there on a Sunday you can count me in for at least one trip!

Its really easy to get to. Its just off the NY Thruway on rt 17. The barn is just off the hwy. Its a really nice place to race.

Depending on when it is, I will make my best effort to come again. I have family in town so its easy for me. I would go up for the weekend.

I would bring the CRT.5 and my Revo. There should be plantly of .5s by this point for their own class hopefully. Surely lots of trugs as well. The nitro guys there are always open to the BL as well, so maybe even some mixed class action. :)

Do they have a regulation on how many cells we can use? If I go, I'll be trying 10S on race condition.

There was no limits or such last year - just don't burn the barn down or any cars (big ones) :)

There is only one RCM bash a year - I offered to organise a second early summer but didn't get many takers - was hoping we could get 6-10 NJ/NY/PA based folks to go up every couple of months...

No prizes etc but just some healthy competition - almost a bash on a track type thing...

I will wait for my daughter's grandma to give me an answer and I'll let you know. I like to compete . If I go, I'll take it slow, but some bump and grind won't hurt me .

I am in Central PA so I would take I-80 to I-81 to I-84. Looks like it isn't too far off I-84 either.

I'm in for a once-a-month Electric gathering. I usually visit The Barn 2-3 times per year, would be nice to go a few more times when there are some other electrics there.

I'd think about 1 or 2 times but I am afraid I would look like a fool with my truck. :( Maybe next year I will have something a little more worthy. I have had a viewpoint that it has to break before it gets upgraded.
