Probably a future success story, A base that can do anything with only few change. Rock crawler, Truggy, Monster truck, Street truck.
I wouldn't be surpised if there will be more aftermaket on this one than on the savage.
IF it really work other manufacturer will follow,
I wish it could be like that for real electric car :/

It is a very good jack of all trades but it doesn't really do any of them the best.
Savage: FLM Conversion, 6s, MMM, CC 1520.
Mini-T Pro: Micro Pro 6800kv, Lipo, HS-81mg, Dirt Hawgs
M18MT: Quark 33A, Y22S 6000kv, FP 2s Lipo
LRP S8-BX: RC-M Conversion, Tekin RX8 B1600KV, 6S.

It will be the ultimate all around basher, but MTBiker got me thinking. It's kind of like an enduro motorcycle my friend had. It was cool because it worked on road and off, but excelled at neither.

Hey mister (no pun intended ;) ) the electric car really will work, it does, vehicle manufacturers have been reluctant to switch back to electric drivetrain for the past 100 years (used to be more electric cars than gasoline).

Very true, but you got me thinking as well. It pretty much is one of the best bashers, and with only a few mods here and there, is a very potent racing machine. EDIT: I was going to say it had the best powertrain, but I found out they are using Titans on it (I thought they were using MMM/Neu setup :( ) This changes thing considerably.
Just for clarification, what I really meant by 'end all, be all' applies to monster trucks only.

One thing that should be noted though, as much as I like the battery compartment idea (i love it), you will only be able to use a few battery options... only lipo, and only up to a certain mah rating/and or voltage, and no A123 packs :(

I've used one battery hold down on both my 3905 emaxx and converted revo.

Not being able to drop in A123's is a negative point for me. I love those things. You can build a 6S2P and not go broke in the process.
