I agree with Serum that it should be pretty straight-forward to get the E-Maxx tranny in the MGT, but the tough part may be finding the right dogbones/CVDs to get the power to the front and rear diffs. Once you size the tranny up you can just start looking around on manufacturer and retailer websites for parts that may fit, then check here on the forum to see if Mike can get what you need.
