With the 6.5mm SMT connectors, will you be able to use the pick & place machine on those to reduce manual soldering time? I can imagine that it's probably a strange part to try and have placed, especially if you have tight tolerances on the plated through holes.

I'm just curious...the engineer in me wants to know.

Good question. :)

They will be placed by hand, after pick and place, but before reflow. :)

That makes sense. Very little manual labor to place them and the reflow have to be done anyhow. I'd imagine it'll make it easier to test each of them after build too. Heck, you could easily design/build a setup to plug them in and have dedicated ATE run the test.

When you go to the SMT connectors, will the ESC's include male pigtails to plug into them?

Yep,

We are including 5" pigtails for all the connections.
