i have had only excellent service from sky technologies and so do many other people i know.
If you have been in touch with them recently please let me know how. I have not been able to get them to answer there phone or emails for the last few weeks.
it was quite a while ago actually in january. at first i could not get ahold of them and then i got through by calling there new phone number which was given to me by the operater that said the old number was discontinued.
They have very good customer service. I, and many others can testify to that statement.

Had. Their place in Irvine, CA that used to take great care of the customers is no longer there. The phone number redirects to a different number and a that number the guy laughs and says "we don't do service for them anymore" every time i have tried calling it.

Thanks for the link to a Quark but since it looks like we will no longer have support for the Quarks (at least in the US) I think there value has dropped to that of a BIC lighter.
