CC is Awesome! - 05.30.2008, 09:52 AM

Too bad more companies aren't as customer oriented as CC. I sent back my MMM for repairs and asked that they try to send back my original since I used 5.5mm connectors on everything. Well, not only did they turn the thing around extremely fast . . . they also sent me a new system alltogether. And about the 5.5mm connectors - they pulled them off my old unit and included them in the packaging. Oh, and they sent everything USPS Priority and notified me via email it was sent.

What an amazing company! I just wanted to post my situation to remind people about how great it is to deal with a company like that. Problems happen - it's what you do about them that makes the difference. Props to CC

Excellent!

I haven't had to deal with their customer service yet, but hearing something like this is why I keep purchasing their products.

I wish they would give me service like that. I sent mine back on
May 15th and won't be getting another one until possibly mid-June.

This tells me then they have the issues addressed and know what was causing the burn ups... Hopefully they start shipping them out again I want mine bad and have it prepaid through Impakt/Tekno.

CC is the number one thing for any business. If a company does not have excellent CC they will never survive.

I emailed them Thursday before last and still have not received a reply. They did call me before I sent the email, that's when they told me it would be mid-June.
