ill give my side to all of this.

it is definetly my fault completely but right now theres nothing I can do.

he paid for the hyper 7 and about a week later I shipped it out (i told him it would take couple days because of work and it was my birthday weekend and so forth)

I eventually shipped it out parcel post (i sold 2 different things and one paid fr priority one didnt)
I messed up by shipping his parcel and the other prioity.

I've told you this a couple times now but you act like you don't understand.

the truck has been shipped out for ovr a week now so there is nothing I can do.

sorry for not shipping it priority.

I understand your attempt to save face here; but don’t lie and/or call me a liar in order to do so. If you made a mistake that’s one thing, but you DID NOT “tell me this” nor provide any response to me up to this point. Your last response, and the last communication I received from you, was nearly a week ago and is as follows:

Our deal was for the truggy and I paid shipping for either USPS priority, or Fedex/UPS ground service. Parcel post is completely intolerable as it’s extremely slow, unreliable, and doesn’t provide any tracking detail. We discussed this, and is why I paid you EXTRA for shipping of any other sorts but Parcel Post!.

So, you owe me a $10 refund for the extra amount I paid you for conventional shipping that you did not honor. Meanwhile I continue to wait around for the shipment; and it better be in the condition and include the items we previously agreed on too!

Like i said xcntrk; i got an error from his email address, so that might explain why his emails didn't reached you either.

tmaxxracer; please clean up your PM box, and settle this by PM with xcntrik; rc-monster is not the place for either of you to vent your frustrations.

xcentrik; please post in this thread when you received the item.

Would the other users please be so kind to stay out of this? i let this thread exist, simple because the email address of t-maxxracer isn't working properly, and i want this settled once and for all. After this situation is settled i will delete this thread, and i will have a word with Mike about the bst policies of rc-monster.

im not venting because I kno its my fault.

nevr did I say it was anyone elses so don't act like im not taking responsibilities for my actions.

all im saying is NOW there is nothing I can do
sure ill refund you your 10 dollars.

when I get home ill clean up my inbox.

right now im on my phone so its sort of difficult

hopefully nothing goes wrong with the bst on this forum because of the misscommunication of me and xcentrik
