Our deal was for the truggy and I paid shipping for either USPS priority, or Fedex/UPS ground service. Parcel post is completely intolerable as it’s extremely slow, unreliable, and doesn’t provide any tracking detail. We discussed this, and is why I paid you EXTRA for shipping of any other sorts but Parcel Post!.
So, you owe me a $10 refund for the extra amount I paid you for conventional shipping that you did not honor. Meanwhile I continue to wait around for the shipment; and it better be in the condition and include the items we previously agreed on too!
