JoeLing, what port in the rx did you plug the fan wire in?

The fan wires were solder onto a proper plug that connects to the receiver. The plug can go into any empty slot of the receiver. In this case, the receiver slots just act as a header to connect the power supply from the UBEC (which is also plug into the receiver's any empty slot).

In fact, a better way is to split the output of the UBEC into 2 - 1 to plug into the receiver to power all the servo, esc, receiver etc. while the other to power just the fan.

I hope I'm not being too confusing.
