OK... You talked me into it. I am going to try Roco's setup. I have been thinking about it for a while now, but was hesitant to change a bunch of stuff all at once. I have been adjusting it all over the place from the base setup and think I have it oretty darn good, but still am feeling like it could use a more dampning landing jumps. Your comment on the 5 hole is what convinced me. I have tried harder spings and thicker shock oil, but then I am giving up to much ability to handle the bumpy section of the straight.

I'll let you know what I think. I am going to make these setup changes this week, and unfortumntly the first chance I will have to test it will be this weekend at the Midwest Nitrocross so I guess I find out how I like it reall fast. lol But, I have read a few others saying the same thing about this setup. I just wasnt sure if it would translate to a brushless setup well so I was a bit hesitant to try it.

Your endorsement on a brushless setup has convinced me. I'll add my comments after getting to try it out.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

One thing I found with my 777 conversion (which was my first), the nitro setups work and feel the same...to me at least. I also think the Losi guys say they use the same setups as nitro and have no problem.

I should have kept my truggy so I could have seen how they feel converted to e-power. I felt compelled to sell it to a local kid to keep him interested in the hobby. He had such worn out junk it was way past laughable
