Take your iron heat and put it on the nut, not on the axle, you want to heat the nut only, to make the nut take some expension.
When the nut will be heat enough, take a pair of chanellock pliers, like this http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/w...8919_200308919, and try to loosen up your nut.

This is the only thing you can do

And for the thread lock, did you use red or blue?????

No worries - blue on the threadlock, maybe just too much of it - and the HPI nuts have that wheel lock ribbing on the inside edge.

I cut one in half with a dremel once, worked, but only use it as a last resort.
