installing RPM true tracks -

quick question for those that have them. im trying to install mine right now, and i want to make sure where this piece goes. i have the emaxx 3905. the piece im talking about is the black plastic bushing cap. does this go between the axle carrier and the stock pivot ball? like...i sit the pivot ball into the plastic bushing cap and then drop it into the axle carrier right?
