From what I've read here, TrueRC are the best in terms of performance-per-dollar. The ratings on the packs are not inflated at all.

performance wise True RC are close to MaxAmps for half the price, Zippys are also good bang for the buck, maybe even a little cheaper than True Rc

I have only had their older 4000 10c cells, but they perform as well or better than the maxamps 20c 4000 cells. I would not hesitate to recommend True RC to anyone, based on my experience, and the experience of others here on this forum.

Im running a true-rc 5s 8000mah without a single issue great price fast shipping and I put it right on par with maxamps at way less cost.
I also use a true-rc 900mah in my e-flight chopper no issues there either I recomend them.

also recommend the true rc batteries. i own 2 2s 6400mah packs for my maxx and am extremely pleased with the performace compared to what they cost. the numbers are very close to the actual rates and the money to power ratio just makes you wonder how other lipos can sell.

zippy are better than true RC. I have two sets 2S+3S 8Ah truerc and the first one is loosing balance extremely fast looks like some cells are bad (but it can be ballanced in like a day, fully charged and I can get 8AH out of them)
I preffer zippy packs.
