More new Trakpower packs

Just saw this on Tower...more new Trakpower packs:

2S 1600mAh 20C
3S 1600mAh 20C
2S 3200mAh 30C
2S 3600mAh 30C

I believe the 1345 and 1600mAh packs will fit directly into the Duratrax minis (Vendetta & Mini Quake). Those will be a great option for those vehicles.

nice i am actually looking for a better lipo for my vendetta. do you know if they will still look like gold bars.

I saw an ad in either XRC or RCCA recently that showed them as just being heatshrink with black heatshrink and having a Trakpower label on them. I haven't been able to find further info about them on trakpower.com or flightpowerusa.com yet though.

Nope, just black shrink wrap, I saw an ad in one of the r/c mags.

I got a EVO 25 3s 1500 pack recently for my RC18 that works very well, it would be comparable to a Trakpower pack performance wise

Yep...the cells are produced by Enerland for Flightpower, who makes the Flightpower and Trakpower packs. The form factor of the new trakpower packs is what's appealing about them since they drop right into the Duratrax vehicles, whereas the standard Flightpower packs won't fit.

the reason i asked is becuase i was looking at the v2 (flightpower) 1600 20c 2s lipo for my vendetta but if the track powers where going to be gold i would have to get them.

I'm betting they're the same packs with different shrink on them.
