my revo purchuse is it a 3.3 or 2.5r - 07.27.2008, 06:41 AM

well two weeks ago i got myself a nitro revo and a horde of parts to go with it all it only has minor upgrades like Revo 3.3, Dragon Racing 23mm adaptors, 40 series bowties, (MONSTER) RB323, FOC & Crowdpleazer Body

the fellow states its a 3.3 revo but how can tell the difference between a 2.5 as their a traxxas starter motor thats says its a 2.5r
but their are parts that are unused in the parts lot like it has 3 radio boxes 2 starter wands numerous arms just to name a few

the aluminum pic hopefully gonna help me convert it either that or their gonna make for some esc mounts or battery trays
also sorry for poor pics

Yup. You can tell by the space between the front of the tranny and the front shocks. Much less room there on the 2.5r.

Or flip it over and look at the steering links. Or if the center driveshafts are the same length it is a 3.3...
