Hi Guys
Here the answer from spektrum. Do they send me now somebody who holds all the time this button?

Dear Sir,

If you has the third channel set for 3P then all you have to do is hold the button on the third channel to operate the 3rd channel. Unfortunately there is no way of making that a 2 position type switch in the programing. Sorry for the inconvenience.
