Sweet! Nice looking too. I didn't see anything about runtime, but the range has to be fairly small per charge. 700HP is over 522,000w. At even 500v, that's still over 1000A. Of course, it won't need that level all the time.

Drive Motor:

price will be high they will start @ 300k, about 3x what a Tesla will cost

Lightning claims the batteries charge in 10 minutes!!!!

If you watch some of the videos on youtube there are a lot of assertions on speed & range...I guess they are going to limit it to about 130 mph and the range will be about 300 miles.

I read on there somewhere that the batteries start out the about the same size as a regular Lead Acid battery...... atleast the battery technology is getting better.... maybe a few more years, we will have these for RC uses... Oh yeah.. Full scale RC will be streamline... hahaah
