As long as you did not fool with the solder on the board you should be fine for warranty work...
well im not claiming any warranty work, im going to pay them $100 flat rate for the two esc, just wonder if they would take a messed up MM without any wires on it and what I need to send back like do I need to send the whole package or just the ESC.
ptt, I was just on Castle support forum on RCGroups, they have a banner right at the top stating "This forum is not the best way to contact us" and to contact them directly.
And that was on RCGroups....... maybe they've had it with the forums.
haha castle dosent car if you put your MM in a bomb. then sweeped up the parts and sent it to em. Its a FLAT RATE!
Mine was on fire for about a minute. completely GONE.
O, go ahead and call to see waht they say the lead time it. They told me mine had to be replaced so it would be about 2 weeks. but its been 5....and they tell me its gonna be another 2 weeks.
Ok, well I will send it as is then. But the other MM has a Traxxas connector and 12 gauge dean upgrade wires on it, would it be wise to take them off? those cost me at least $10 alone. Im aware of the lead time as they are working on MMM bombs at the moment as i've heard...lol
i might as well do that since im not sure if I will get them back, also do you have to send back the box, manual, cable, cd? or just the ESC? can save some shipping cost...hehe
i also just send my MM in for repair...... i took of all connectors to motor and battery that i had soldered on the wires.... i only sent the esc in the box, and the "repair-form". Nothing else
