Have I Been Quarked?? - 08.10.2008, 02:32 AM

Not sure what happened at Sky & Technologies.. My Pro-Car 33 fried a few months back. I sent an email to Joe, who advised me to send it in for a replacement and since that time I haven't heard a thing. It's been a month and a half, and I have replied with two follow-up emails to no avail.. Anyone else having problems like this?

Not to sound negative...but...from what I have heard is they have pulled from the USA market and you may be very lucky if something happens that is positive. If you have the funds to do so I would buy a Mamba Micro pro (the CC equivalent) and use that in the meantime.

It appears that S&T has gone to the $#!&ER.... heck, why would anyone even want a Quark anymore, they are garbage compared to the MMM, and they cost twice as much.

They have closed their US office or whatever you want to call it. They're still in business, just from Korea. Their email, their mailing address and phone number are in here - I thinks its reply #7. I have 4 of their escs and hope I never need them, but payed attention when their US internet site was shut down. I haven't tried to find their Korean one since I can't read Korean.

I feel your pain, I have sent in 3 quark escs for service, 2 of mine and another member's esc...

Sent to Korea, but no reply to email and no confirmation that they have received them. Global tracking is also not working on line, so I may have to call the PO and see whats up. I hate shipping stuff out of the country...

That's really my point here lincpimp..

I have also confirmed that my FedEx package was received by "someone" at the address listed for Sky & Technologies in Korea. Since that time I haven't received any response from them. The neat thing is that I am scheduled to take a trip over to Seoul next month. I do believe I'll be dropping by..
