i really really need your help on picking one of these. im getting a Muggy with a Neu 1521/1.5D motor and a MMM esc, and i really dont know what battery to get. i've narrowed it down to 3:

i really dont know what one to go for, if any. i want long runtimes like 40-45minutes and i dont know if 5000mAh can do it...

40-45 minutes on something as heavy as a Muggy with 5Ah with that motor may be tough to do IMO. You're gonna have to gear conservatively, and baby the throttle. No WOT starts. You might be able to squeeze 40 minutes out of a 6Ah pack, but it'll be close if you can even reach that. I get about 40 minutes on a buggy with 8Ah packs, but they are 4s... 6s will help if you can keep the current low via gearing.

Well #1 and #3 are identical. #2 just has 1000mAH more capacity, and a higher output thereby. So if you're going for more runtime I would opt for that one.
