Aluminum knuckles for Kyosho buggy: which company? - 08.18.2008, 11:27 PM

Question for y'all:

I need to replace a front knuckle on my Kyosho Kanai 3 buggy. I am not familiar with the manufacturers for the few options I found, so I'm hoping someone can point me towards the best bet.

Kyosho?

Second question: Do you think this truggy conversion kit is worth the money?

Thanks in advance for any and all advice!

Scratch that. I found the factory Kyosho parts on A-main and ordered them.

It'll be nice to have it up and running again!

In the future if you can ever get king headz parts for your buggy/truggy i would go that route. The parts are very very durable over stock and other aftermarket and they look beautiful too.

Also for 50 bucks i would get the truggy kit. The axle extenders themselves are 30 bucks. Even it it turns out to be junk you could sell some of the remaining good parts.

I fly, I drive, but most of all I crash.

I don't think the truggy kit is really worth it. Those axle extenders will be very hard on the bearings.
