Buggy shocks - 08.23.2008, 02:41 PM

Will 4 AE RC8 or any other buggy shocks work better than the stock shocks on a e-maxx? Would Jammin big bores be better?

I did the whole buggy shock thing on my MGT and I didnt really think it was worth it. I ran 8 turmoil shocks on it and it was nice but not worth the $90 it cost. I say just get stiffer springs and big bore caps for them.

I all ready have big bores but i don't really like them. I wanted to cut off a little weight also, but thanks for your input.

4 jammin' big bores are better. I'm running a 4 shock setup with 50wt oil on my gmaxx using UE (Ofna) supershocks.

Castle Neu 1520 on 6S LiPo Powered Gmaxx (Nitro Killer)
Predator with OS .21TM
Supermaxx with Mach .26
Revo with OS .18TZ
Kyosho ST-RR Conversion
Ofna CR with Tekin ESC/Motor (2)
