Not so much a gimmick (it does actually work), more over its just a bit extreme to lower temps. I wouldnt run it as a normal setup, just seeing what difference it can make to a hot running feifao type motor- My setup is gonna cost about $35-40, which is cheap compared to the TCS setup, but the TCS is uber cool looking yeah- just those little pumps cost about $80- mine is about the size of a 380 S can motor, so I can mount it up without much hassle- the reservoir/radiator will go where a second motor normally does on the 3906 tranny, and the pump will be located somewhere safe- all conected with silicon hose and ran from a 9v battery.

The FD setups are laughable yeah- no doubt they make good boats, but their car/truck conversions are very poor compared to even kershawdesigns stuff. Let me know if you put the TCS manifold up for sale, or better still, where did you get it from by itself, as the TCS website doesnt sell it on its own. Not sure I need or want it, but its so cool...
