Is the hex still in there? You should be able to pry the rest out and use a fresh one as long as the wheel itself is OK.

if you look very close, hlaf the hex is there, the other half is gone. And the rims are DESTROYED

yea......not good. I dont hav much mulla right now. Im tihnking in the long run imm going to have to look into 17 or 23mm hex. WHAT A PAIN
