Hyperion chargers won't charge if very very low - At about 2.5v they will charge at .1c and then switch to 1c at about 2.7c IIRC.
Only option is to charge as a 3s battery or NiMh at low amps .1c i would suggest until voltage increases. As per comments check individual cells first. |
