Well got everything back together and tried again today no change, time to start looking at programing or NITRO. Only kidding.
I will try reinstalling the SW as one to tech guys said there was a problem with it, i will set the ESC to default settings and i will increase the TX to Neutral to 15%.
Watch this space for an update

Well i am pleased to report i am VICTORIOUS!!!!!
I reinstalled the SW, put it to default and set the Neutral to 15%, Everything works fine now and it will program with ease.
Thank you to everyone who posted and helped me out in this thread i appreciated it very much.
