Please note, if you have a V1 or V2 that is still working we will be releasing a new firmware for all Monsters that will inoculate these earlier versions from most of the problems people have been having. With this update you can choose to keep the one you have or at lease wait before you send it in for a quicker turn around with assurance that your working unit will keep on working. Look for the release early next week. Check the downloads section on our website and look for a version higher that 3.11:

Run the software and it will update the Castle Link software on your computer. Then plug your MMM in and update it by clicking on the 'Software' tab then clicking the 'Update Firmware' button.
